Areas of focus

High-achieving professionals

Dr. Gupta specializes in working with high-achieving professionals working in finance, startups, technology, medicine, and law. She helps clients develop insight into what's driving their stress and make concrete changes, using evidence-based approaches including CBT.

Infertility & family building

Dr. Gupta has extensive experience working with adults as they try to build a family via IUI, IVF, donor gametes, and/or gestational carriers. In addition to individual therapy, she provides brief third-party consultations for recipients of donor eggs, sperm, or embryos.

Dr. Gupta’s approach to therapy

Dr. Gupta will give you direct feedback throughout each session.

You leave each session with something concrete — a framework, a skill, or a clearer sense of what to do next.

Therapy is structured and goal-driven from the start. As those goals are met, many clients choose to continue at a lower frequency, using the space to reflect and navigate new challenges as they arise.
