Areas of focus
Two distinct areas of expertise, one approach: direct, evidence-based, and focused on real progress.
Infertility & family building
Dr. Gupta has extensive experience working with adults at every stage of the path to parenthood — from fertility treatment and IVF to donor conception and surrogacy. In addition to individual therapy, she provides brief third-party consultations for those building families with donor eggs, sperm, or embryos.
High-achieving professionals
Dr. Gupta specializes in working with high-achieving professionals who are functioning well by most measures — but carrying more than they should have to. She helps clients develop insight into what's driving their stress and make concrete changes, using evidence-based approaches including CBT.

Dr. Gupta’s approach to therapy
Dr. Gupta will tell you what she sees — directly and without judgment.
You leave each session with something concrete — a framework, a skill, or a clearer sense of what to do next.
Therapy is structured and goal-driven from the start. As those goals are met, many clients choose to continue at a lower frequency, using the space to reflect and navigate new challenges as they arise.
